Conference Accommodation
Accommodation has been booked in Lenton and Wortley Hall of Residence for the duration of the conference. offers single study bedrooms with en-suite bathroom facilities, and is located a short 5 minute walk from the lecture room. The two night package for participants includes:
- Bed in a single study bedroom
- Welcome pack with bathroom toiletries
- Coffee and tea supplies in bedrooms
- Hot English Breakfast
- Morning coffee/tea and biscuits
- 2 course Hot Servery lunch in the Hall
- Afternoon coffee/tea and biscuits
- 3 course dinner
- Bar open in the Hall Monday and Tuesday evenings
Off-Campus Accommodation
If you prefer off-campus accommodation, below we have provided a list of hotels in different price ranges. There are not many places to stay in very close proximity to the University. Many hotels are located in the city centre.
There are frequent buses between the city centre and the Queens Medical Centre (QMC), which is adjacent to the University Park Campus. By foot it takes between 45 minutes and an hour from the city centre to the conference venue.
